How do I cancel my subscription?
iOS: Open Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions > ChadMe AI > Cancel.
Android: Open Google Play > tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > ChadMe AI > Cancel.
You can cancel anytime. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.

How does the free trial work?
New subscribers to the weekly plan get a 3-day free trial. You won't be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be billed. After the trial, your subscription auto-renews at the weekly price.
How do I restore my purchases on a new device?
Open ChadMe AI, go to the subscription screen, and tap "Restore purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used for the original purchase.
What happens to my photos?
Your photos are sent to our AI provider for real-time analysis and are not stored on our servers. They are discarded immediately after the analysis is complete. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I delete my data?
You can request data deletion through our data deletion page or by emailing support@chadme.app. To clear local data, you can also uninstall the app.
Why is my score different each time?
AI analysis can vary slightly based on lighting, angle, expression, and photo quality. For the most consistent results, use a well-lit front-facing photo with a neutral expression.
Is ChadMe AI a medical tool?
No. ChadMe AI is an entertainment app. All ratings, scores, and suggestions are AI-generated for entertainment and self-improvement purposes only. They are not medical advice. Please consult a qualified professional for health concerns.
I was charged but don't have Pro access
Try tapping "Restore purchases" on the subscription screen. If that doesn't work, email us at support@chadme.app with your platform (iOS/Android) and we'll help resolve it.
How do credits work?
Credits are one-time purchases used for specific features like the Roast mode. You can purchase credit packs in the app. Credits don't expire and are not part of the subscription.
