Delete Your Data

ChadMe AI ("we", "our", or "us") allows you to request deletion of all personal data associated with your account. We take your privacy seriously and will process all deletion requests promptly.
How to Request Data Deletion
You can delete your data in two ways:
Option 1: In the App
Open ChadMe → go to Settings → scroll to Account → tap Delete Account. This will sign you out and remove your local data immediately.
Option 2: Email Us
Send an email to support@chadme.app with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include any details that help us identify your account (e.g. the device you used). We will process your request within 30 days.
What Data Gets Deleted
When you request deletion, the following data is permanently removed:
- Account data — Your anonymous session and any associated profile information
- Scan & analysis history — All face analysis results, scores, and AI-generated reports
- Photos — Any selfies or images uploaded for analysis, glow-up, hairstyle, tattoo, or other features
- Voice recordings — Any audio recorded for the Voice Rizz feature
- AI Coach conversations — All chat history with the AI Coach
- Credits & usage data — Credit balance and usage history
What May Be Retained
- Purchase records — Transaction history managed by Apple App Store or Google Play may be retained by those platforms per their own policies
- Anonymized, aggregated data — Data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for analytics and service improvement
- Legal obligations — Data required to comply with legal or regulatory requirements may be retained for the mandated period
Timeframe
In-app deletion takes effect immediately for local data. Server-side data is fully purged within 30 days of your request. If you use the email method, we will confirm receipt and notify you once deletion is complete.
