A 7 is the “chad” band — roughly the top 1% of male faces. At this level the question stops being individual traits and becomes total harmony: every ratio sits near its ideal simultaneously. Genuine 7s are rare enough that most raters have to reach for celebrities to name one, and any app that hands out 7s casually is flattering you.
What defines a 7
- Eye area — positive or neutral canthal tilt, deep-set support, no scleral show.
- Midface and lower third — compact midface ratios with a wide, defined mandible and forward chin projection.
- Harmony under all conditions — the face holds in bad lighting, candid angles, and motion, not just curated selfies.
